Returns & Exchanges  Returns and exchanges purchased from will be accepted within 14 days of your item delivery. You must first contact us for an RA (return authorization) number and instructions for return. Please email or call 866-787-3710.  

We will not credit returns sent without following these guidelines. Merchandise must be in perfect, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Return purchases will be refunded in full, less shipping charges. Likewise, we can also exchange items, minus the shipping costs both ways. We must receive the first item purchased in our office before shipping out the new one. We will credit any leftover balance to the original credit card or account used.


Backorders  If an item you would like to order is on backorder, we will ship to you upon availability with no additional cost to you.
