1. How often do you come out with patches?
We are constantly coming out with new patches. Check our website regularly to see what’s new, or better yet, register with us so we can let you know when we have something new.
We welcome suggestions for new patches! If you or your superhero have suggestions for new patches, we would love to hear about it. To submit a patch idea, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Can you make custom patches?
Yes, we can create custom patches for your organization, school or event. To receive more information about custom patches, please email us email@example.com.
3. What is EVA?
EVA stands for ethylene vinyl acetate, commonly known as expanded rubber. It is often used in sports equipment including ski boots, snow boots and camping gear. It is a safe, highly durable, flexible, water-resistant, and is an excellent insulator of temperature, keeping warm things warm and cold things cold.
4. How do I clean my SuperME products?
We recommend spot treating or wash on cold, delicate cycle of a laundry machine. Flat dry.
5. What happens with shipping if some of the items I have ordered are back-ordered?
If an item you would like to order is on back-order, we will ship to you upon availability with no additional cost to you.
6. Do you offer gift wrapping, gift cards or gift certificates?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, cards or certificates. We can offer a gift message and gift receipt with pricing information not disclosed.
7. Oh no! The eye mask or messenger bag strap/utility belt is lost, what can I do?
We sell replacement eye masks and messenger bag straps/utility belts. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with item(s) you need including color.
8. How do I exchange/return an item purchased from SuperME?
Returns and exchanges purchased from supermehero.com will be accepted within 14 days of your item delivery. You must first contact us for an RA (return authorization) number and instructions for return. Please email email@example.com or call 866-787-3710.
We will not credit returns sent without following these guidelines. Merchandise must be in perfect, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Return purchases will be refunded in full, less shipping charges. Likewise, we can also exchange items, minus the shipping costs both ways. We must receive the first item purchased in our office before shipping out the new one. We will credit any leftover balance to the original credit card or account used.
9. What is SuperME’s warranty policy?
We at SuperME take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to maintain excellent customer service. Please note the SuperME warranty covers items against workmanship defects. This does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or natural breakdown over extended use and time. All products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If you believe you have a defective product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photo(s) of the damage.
10. Are your products tested for safety?
Yes, all of our products have been tested and either meet or exceed CPSIA standards.
